We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that, if after the session you are not completely satisfied, we will keep on working with you until you succeed.
This means that if at the end of the session you believe that the information, therapy and service provided are of no value to you, you will be entitled to receive therapy for free until you feel that you have achieved your goals as stated on the Goal Setting form that you will complete before the sessions.
This does not apply to Smoking Cessation therapies which have a separate policy available HERE.
Payments
Payments may be made by cash, check or credit/debit card online. Outstanding balances are subject to a £30.00 administration fee after a week and £60 after one month.
Terms of service
By attending a session you agree that Luca Senatore and all associated companies are not responsible for anything that may happen to you (the client) after the session/s.
The fees charged are for the time that Luca Sentatore spends with you (the client) and not for any particular outcome of the therapy.
Luca Senatore complies to the code of practice suggested by the BIH (British Institute of Hypnotherapy), however certain policies may vary. If you are unsure, please check with us before attending a session.
Sessions may be recorded for security purposes.
