But wow, it opened more than my eyes, it expanded my mind ! The seminar was really enjoyable, challenging and informative but most of all enriching, a great way to spend a Saturday.

I have been using the MP3's also and, to my surprise lost 4 kg without counting calories, points, weighing food or agonizing; it just feels natural to eat "normal".

More than that though, for the first time in 8 and a half years, I have had a month of nightmare-free nights! I used to have at least one quite graphic, disturbing nightmare every night following a traumatic event 9 years ago, which influenced my life in many negative and painful ways. 

But since the night after the seminar have not had even one! I had actually given up on this ever changing (having exhausted the more traditional options in dealing with this).

I know that this was not nearly the focus of your seminar, or even a topic of discussion,  but what an incredible bonus for me! I cannot thank you enough, your seminar has changed my life in a very unexpected way, I have my life back!"

I hope this finds you well. I know we saw each other yesterday but I just had to write to you.

Amazing.

This morning i woke up, got up, got dressed and went to the gym. That I went to the gym is not the amazing part because I used to do that in the past but just doing it naturally, no fight with myself, should I go? should I sleep a bit longer?etc... So that's great.

I also noticed, well since yesterday I am eating less, leaving food in my plate, which is unheard of for me! I don't like wasting food so have always forced myself to finish my plate but yesterday I just couldn't physically eat more.

And as for chocolate, the idea of it, the everything of it makes me queasy!!

I am doing really well this week. I feel so great, so much energy. I fit into all my old clothes.

I lost a dress size in 3 weeks!! which is quite unbelievable. I am happy because I fit into all my old clothes pre my last pregnancy. It's like having a new wardrobe.

I haven't touched or craved chocolate or anything sweet. I have thought about it, but not in the same way.

My thoughts are usually that I know I would like the taste, but then I think that I really don't want that particular taste in my mouth. It is a very strange feeling. I also notice my thirst more - so I think I am listening to what my body wants more and more.

I have also eaten very healthily, and portions are about half what they used to be when it comes to carbs, and it's not something I'm really having to enforce, that's just the way it is.

That exhiliration stopped me being lazy at home, and I leapt into action. Wow - all in just one session!
